| Underground society, financed by rich people who desire the world to be rid of modern weaponry. As always, humanity has a backwards approach to things by using hypocritical methods of executing their plan. So they establish a series of martial arts school set to compete with each other as a training ground to become agents, like Naruto in few ways. Age groups will vary from 15 to early 20's.
Objective: To train a group of elite martial artists to become STRIKE units.
Heads of each school Senior Instructors Junior Instructors Students
Students start off with formal training uniforms, and after a certain level of adeptness, will be given their prototype armor and will train in those. Armor will be a custom one chosen from different parts that enhances various stats and will be unique to each student.
Weapons training will be taught along with empty hand forms. Students will choose which style they wish to study, just like a college course. After a certain level of adeptness, students will be able to create and design their prototype weapon.
Concepts drawn from: Naruto's exams EVA/Samus/Ally Genex influenced armor Kamen Rider influenced weapons MK Ninjas The team that decides that the organization's idea is indeed hypocritic, and will fight and influence the main characters Lessons in modern weaponry and how to combat it (later on) Interaction with political leaders and their reactions to the campaign.

| Ideas for action animation story/whatever
Music -Really really characterized music. By that I mean each character has a designated genre/mood/instrument(s) that describe them. Inspired by the power of Beethoven's pieces.
-Overlap tracks, abruptly changing pieces, dialogue between two pieces/instruments. Done by composing a piece and duplicating it with another instrument in perhaps different tempo/key.
Character development -themed, dynamic characters that tries to combine cliche character archtypes for interesting, well developed character.
-Physical appearance plays huge role in expressing character
-Do NOT half ass romance attempts. Give viewers something solid to work with. Create gravity of the relationships between relationships (eg love triangles).
-Do NOT create mostly black and white characters (like most hot blooded shounen protagonists. Characters should have a solid personality, but should be able to be subject to change. Looks should be deceiving, but the 'inner' personality should not be cheesy.
-DO stress friendship, but not in a cheesy way. Question friendship, what it really means, whether friends are truly there for you at times of need. Show the darker side of friendship, of betrayal. Show that friendship has levels, from shallow acquitances to soul mates.
Character Layout: Name: Personality (Major): Personality (Minor): Background and Influences (e.g. American with Chinese medical arts) Physical Appearance: -Stature: ---Height: ---Muscular/Lean/Fat? ---Size of breast/waist/hip -Clothes: -Facial Structure ---Eyebrow angle ---Size of Forehead ---Jaw Angle ---Eye shape ---Eye Color ---Cheekbone: ---Height:Width ratio ---Size of mouth ---Width of Chin -Hairstyle ---Color ---Length ---Notable features Genre of Music: Orientation: Color(s): Martial Arts style: Abilities: Relationships:
Story Concepts: -School for Martial Arts (cliche, but can make unique depending on execution) ---Classified by Houses (again, cliche, but can work depending on execution) ---Training Drills: ---------Projectile Launcher: Break projectiles being launched. Getting hit is a -5 ---------Footwork Drill, 2 beats, one for the ready, two for the go. ---------Dummy Drills ---------Dodge the Ink Drop from the ceiling ---------Catch Baseballs (all sorts of spins) ---------Footwork on thin ice. ---------Reflexive blindfolded (sticky hand)

| Interesting dreams and brainstorming on the train spawned a new concept or me. Before reading it, please do not tell me "That's not practical" or "Technology is nowhere close to being that advanced" or anything along those lines. This is just for recording ideas that I've had. Inspired by Yugioh and .hack, my idea was for the deceased who still had a fully operational brain to be connected to a very very powerful supercomputer. Basically, after a person dies, he/she is reincarnated into a cyber being. The brain can control the movements of the 'cyber avatar' like it would control any muscle of the actual body. This way the person can live on after death. The World (as .hack would call it) can be anything people in real life can create. From an exact replication of New York City, to a totally surreal landscape, the cyber beings can experience things that the living could only dream of. Naturally, there would be a lot of work for this to work, but let's say that we had enough people working on this kind of project. How well the deceased can live in The World would depend on his merits in his life time. For example, a dedicated police officer would have access to better worlds, avatars, etc. Because the avatars are digital and restoreable, things such as fighting to the death would be possible in The World, compared to video games where you control a character with preset moves. People in The World can work too, helping those in the real world with things. tired, post more as I remember them.
Another idea
7 Teenagers who kill themselves for various reasons, are asked to become "Valkyries" to redeem themselves and fight the Anomaly that manifest themselves in humans, influencing them to commit harm to others or to themselves. Somewhat like Bleach at the beginning in execution; Valkyries cannot be seen, and their weapons range from swords to lances, axes, shields, bow + arrows, etc. (don't try to correct me because its mythologically wrong) Unlike Bleach, each Valkyrie does not have a set weapon, although they do have weapons of preference. They can materialize any weapon they can focus on materializing (sort of like Shiro from fate/stay). However, they will lose their human emotions and experience in exchange for their powers.
Sometime after story has developed: Celestial being that granted these 7 Valkyries their powers was killed off by a higher being that later reveals himself to be Chaos. As a result, the seal of human emotion breaks and the Valkyries slowly regain their memories of their human lives. Remembering how they died and watching other humans suffer, they swear to continue their mission with their resolve stronger than ever.
Just slightly after: Cosmos appears and congratulates them on a job well done. She then offers them a promotion in (insert mythological hall of gods that is not Valhalla here) from Valkyries to (insert name of mythological rank). They discuss and deny the offer, responding by saying they feel that their job is important and that there will be no one to take their place afterwards. Frustrated, Cosmos then replies by telling them their effort is futile and that these negative emotions is a part of human nature and cannot be eliminated by such a ineffective method. She leaves the Valkyries to think it over.
Sometime in between, each Valkyrie becomes associated with one of the seven deadly sins and is dubbed Guardian of (name of sin in Latin):
Wrath (Ira), Envy (Invidia), Pride (Superbia), Lust (Luxuria), Sloth (Acedia), Gluttony (Gula), and Greed (Avaritia)
Towards the end: Chaos is so pissed off at the Valkyries that he wages war on them personally. Cosmos offers them one last chance at becoming gods on her side, but once again, the Valkyries refuse. It then hit them that Cosmos and Chaos are in fact, 2 parts of the same entity. Cosmos and Chaos laugh and reveals that it was indeed true. The two float upwards next to each other, 1 wing sprouting from each one.
The fight begins, with Chaos utilizing the power of dark while Cosmos utilizes the power of light. They Valkyries fight well, utilizing various formations and perfectly in synch, but cannot harm Chaos and Cosmos.
Chaos Cosmos procedes to ask for them to give up and return their powers, telling them that they cannot match the power of Light and Dark. At this time, the Valkyries respond "You may be Black and White, but we are the Colors!", in which Cosmo/Chaos respond by saying "Yes, but within the colors are values (color theory) and you cannot exist without us!"
That's when the Valkyries realize that they are right and they were doing it wrong the entire time. They use a bit of their strength to reach into the dreams of their beloved to tell them that they are fighting their final battle and must relay their final message to the world. The seven people then proceeded to dream the final battle between the Valkyries and Chaos/Cosmos.
The key to the battle is not to try to harm Chaos/Cosmos, but to accept and understand. They are to switch between their Guardian form and their Sin form ala Ikaruga and absorb Chaos/Cosmos' attacks. However, with each attack, they are still taking damage. When the Valkyries are on the verge of dying, they retreat and form a ring facing outwards. They then release the power of Chaos and Cosmos they absorbed, combined with the 7 sins, and scatter it around the world. However, that also expends the last of their strength, and they start to dissipate into the air like Kadaj in Advent Children. They give one last smile at the Prophets, and they understood the message. They wake up and begin their quest of teaching the world that the 7 sins are not absolute evils, but as long as it is understood and kept under control, that is the true way to live without harming others.

| So somehow, Jason G, Devin, Vernon and I ended up in this 'zombie world.' Luckily we didn't have to fight or anything, but it was quite weird. It seemed like a parallel universe, where currency were measured in size (I traded an eraser for a diamond earring...) the sun was always blocked off by this purple fog, there were no forms of public transformations whatsoever.
So we're wondering around, trying to find someplace to eat. Problem is, all our bills were worth the same, and it was worth the amount we'd put in our mouths. I was busy looking for a place that'd take us back to our own universe, while Devin was just going along with the world, going as a bank teller and a dancer. So the three of us ended up watching this performance, where the sliding wall behind the stage would raise for a new act, one of those infinite wall behind a wall things. This struck me as being a bit odd, because I didn't recall the building having enough room to hold the space between the walls, so I jumped on stage and started lifting up the wall, and ran to the next one, where the actors were busy preparing for the next act. I had to lift up 18 walls before I couldn't lift anymore. By then, everyone else was like "Wtf you doing, ruining our show. We calling the cops." I continued going on with my instincts, and saw a chipped wooden tile on the floor. Pried it off, and noticed there was another floor under it. Decided to take the risk and jump down to it, where there was another loose tile. Pried that one loose to, only to find another floor. However, there was a stairs to the left where, to my delight, I saw a glimpse of sunlight. I knew I was close, but was still careful. I signal'ed for everyone else to follow me, where the cops were already on my tail. The stairs was like one of those anime stairs where it was just pure white and you couldn't see through the doorway. So I stuck my foot out just to test it...and it turns out that the exit was side of a building in my neighborhood. Luckily it was the 2nd floor, so we all jumped to safety. Looking back, the hole in which we came through disappeared, and for some reason, Jason was in my Kadaj outfit.
I wish still had that earring.

| "Horney also identified three patterns of attitudes and behavior
that people use to deal with basic anxiety, either in a healthy or
neurotic way: moving towards others, against others, or away from
others. Those who move toward others in a neurotic fashion have a
pathological need for constant reminders of love and approval. Such
persons may need someone to help, to take care of, or whom to
'sacrifice' themselves. Alternatively, they may seek someone on whom
they can become dependant. They may end up behaving passively and
feeling victimized. In contrast, those who move against others earn
power and respect by competing or attacking successfully, but they risk
being feared and ending up 'lonely at the top.' Those who take the
third route, moving away from others to protect themselves from
imagined hurt and rejection, are likely to close themselves off form
intimacy and support."
An excerpt from my psych 100 textbook. I guess I fall under the last
route of moving away from others. I can already see how some people
fall under the first category, it seems all too common these days.
